1. Do you have a brick and mortar location?  

We recently closed our brick and mortar location but continue to offer our personal shopping and styling services. In addition, the boutique will host various pop-up shops.

I saw something on the boutique's Facebook page that is not on the website. How can I order it? 

Since items are sold in limited quantities, please contact us to determine whether the item you desire is still available. If it is, the boutique can assist you with purchasing the item. brooklynstonequestions@gmail.com

3. When will my order ship and how will it take to reach me? 

Items are shipped within 24 to 72 hours based on product availability. Packages are shipped via UPS or USPS; therefore shipping times will vary based on the delivery option you select and product availability. 

4. My package has not arrived? 

Please go to the UPS.com or USPS.com websites, depending on the shipping method selected, and use the tracking number provided to you in your confirmation email to locate your package. 

5. What is your return policy? 

Items can be returned within 5 business days of receipt. Sale, clearance, custom orders and items marked as final sale can not be returned or exchanged. Returned merchandise must have an authorization number, tags attached, new condition, and no damages, defects, or scents. Jewelry and other accessories (stockings, gloves, handbags, hats, etc) are final sale. Any returned merchandise that does not meet this criteria will not receive a full refund.

7. Does Brooklyn Stone Boutique ship to my location? 

Brooklyn Stone Boutique ships to all 50 US States via UPS or USPS. Currently, we are not shipping to any other locations or PO Boxes.

In addition to our inventory, Brooklyn Stone Boutique offers customized embellishments on apparel, shoes, and accessories, personal shopping services, wardrobe consulting and more!
