What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 5 business days of receipt. Sale, clearance, custom orders and items marked as final sale can not be returned or exchanged. Returned merchandise must have an authorization number, tags attached, new condition, and no damages, defects, or scents. Jewelry and other accessories (stockings, gloves, handbags, hats, etc) are final sale. Any returned merchandise that does not meet this criteria will not receive a full refund.
